about that refund —

Refunds, in writing, before you pay.

Indian study-abroad consultancies have a bad reputation for collecting fees and disappearing. We don't do that. Our refund policy is a one-page document attached to your plan letter.

Crack the test: 100% refund within 7 days, no questions. After day 7: pro-rated based on credits used.
Full journey: 80% refund if we fail to get a single admit. 50% if you change your mind mid-applications. 0% if visa rejection is due to your own mis-declarations.
Visa-only: 100% refund if your visa is rejected on grounds Bandlingo failed to anticipate. Plus we re-file once at no extra fee.

Common questions about money.

Why are you cheaper than other consultancies?

We're not always cheaper for the full-journey plan — we're roughly market rate. But for exam prep we're significantly cheaper because our infrastructure is software-first.

Do credits expire?

No, credits never expire on one-time packs. On monthly subscriptions, credits roll over for up to 3 months if unused.

What's the re-take guarantee?

If you take the full Crack-the-Test program (complete at least 60 of your 100 credits, follow the study plan) and score more than 0.5 IELTS bands below the target we agreed on, we extend an additional 50 credits at no charge.

I'm worried about hidden fees.

There aren't any. The price you see is the price you pay. University application fees and exam booking fees go directly to the test/university (not us). Your counsellor will share an exact line-item budget on your first call.

Can I pay in EMI?

No — we don't offer EMIs directly. For Full Journey, we partner with education loan providers (Avanse, HDFC Credila, Auxilo) who can structure the fee plus tuition into a single student loan. Your counsellor will walk you through it on the first call.
